Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Peanut Butter We use Organic
  • 2 Bananas Mashed
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Put aside for later

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (204.4°C).
  • Line or grease your muffin tin.
  • Mash your bananas, add to mixing bowl or blender.
  • Add in the rest of your ingredients, minus the chocolate chips.
  • Blend or mix until well combined.
  • Add the chocolate chips and stir. 
  • Pour into your lined or greased muffin tin. 
  • Put in preheated oven, cook for 13-15 minutes.

Notes

To change things up, you can use any flavor of baking chips, nuts, berries, cinnamon, brown sugar. Get creative!!
