Flourless Peanut Butter Banana Muffins
These flourless peanut butter banana muffins are the perfect combination of healthy and delicious! Ingredients
- 1 cup Peanut Butter We use Organic
- 2 Bananas Mashed
- 2 Eggs
- 1/4 cup Maple Syrup or Honey
- 1 tbsp Vanilla
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Put aside for later
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204.4°C).
- Line or grease your muffin tin.
- Mash your bananas, add to mixing bowl or blender.
- Add in the rest of your ingredients, minus the chocolate chips.
- Blend or mix until well combined.
- Add the chocolate chips and stir.
- Pour into your lined or greased muffin tin.
- Put in preheated oven, cook for 13-15 minutes.
Notes
To change things up, you can use any flavor of baking chips, nuts, berries, cinnamon, brown sugar. Get creative!!
